Hello from “The Road”!

Howdy from Dallas!
This is my first blog-post on our brand-spankin’-new-website! Woo hoo. Good thing I just wrote this whole blog and as I was about to post it, half of my text got erased when I tried to put that picture at the bottom on here… cool. SOOO I gotta write this beginning all over again up until: “I hate when stuff like this happens… bleh” How ironic? But yeah it’s exciting that we have a website finally… although one could make the argument that websites (for bands at least) have become obsolete in the face and shadow of the all mighty, powerful and puissant internet popanda machine known as “MySpace.com” But I think it’s still cool to have a website considering we’ve NEVER really had a real one. Sure we’ve tried to have many, but it’s never worked out. I will try my hardest to post here as often as possible without being too over board.
But first things first. We are currently STUCK in Dallas because our Air Conditioning/Compressor in our vehicle of transportation (a.k.a. Van) has gone broke/seen its last days/went kaputt/just plain and simple stopped working… Sooo we are fixing it now, but they have to order parts from who knows where. Some Ford Factory in Bangladesh probably. This SADLY means that we will be missing our Oklahoma City, OK show tomorrow night! I’m sure you can understand the severity of the situation. We just simply have to fix this now. Just imagine 7 dudes, 1 girl, crammed into a van, testosterone levels and human skin boiling, with NO COLD AIR RUNNING. I’m sure you would go just as insane as all of us. The bottom line is simple. In order for us to continue with the rest of the tour (without losing our skin/minds) we need to fix this. I hate when stuff like this happens… bleh. (that was how much text got lost so basically I’m done with the blog now and will post it now, but you just keep on reading. There’s more :)…heh)
On the brighter side, tomorrow will be our 1 week anniversary of the release of “Used And Abused”! Pretty sweet haha. Seems like its been getting a pretty good response so far. It’s definitely exciting and scary at the same time to have your first Full Length out on an actual Record Label. I’m sure it’s comparable to having your kid go to Kindergarden or 1st grade for the first time. You know you gotta let the kid go learn, grow and make new friends, but you feel like you wanna have a leash on them at all times just incase something crazy goes down so you can just pull em back. I dunno, I don’t have a kid… soooo… anyways. This first post will be semi-random, semi-odd (pretty odd?), but thats fine I suppose. I’m trying to think if there is something I should be telling you. The previous post outlined everything fairly well.
I guess some things to look out for would be: our extremely random youtube videos, which we post fairly often. Our buzznet account where we upload pictures, videos from everywhere we go everyday. And you can also join dangerfan.com if you really feel like you can’t get enough about Danger Radio. There’s all kinds of gossip, rumors, posts, who knows what there (hope those links work… i’m still learning this blog business).
OH! One more thing I should add here now that I remember. WE ARE NOT PLAYING ANY OF THE WARPED TOUR DATES! I’ve been trying to make sure its painstakingly obvious that we are not, but obviously I can’t reach everyone. And it doesn’t help that our name is still plastered on all the flyers and website. But just putting that out there. I am definitely not encouraging you to NOT go because I love warped tour and wish we could do both this tour and that, but I guess you can’t have everything in life. Surprise! I should also say THANK YOU to everyone who has already purchased “Used And Abused” you guys are what makes all this possible. I know everyone says that and it sounds corny, but they say it because it’s true obviously 
Alright, time to wrap this up before I seriously damage your brain-cells/IQ level with pointless rambling..

New album is finally here!

Hey all,
Thank you all for this day, because without all you fans and friends we could not have gotten to today. We are so freakin’ excited that today our first full length album comes out (Woot Woot!). If you are wondering where to find the album, we’ve been told it’s most likely going to be found at TARGET (and BONUS!) It’s on sale for $9.98 there… (amazing). Also, Best Buy, FYE and Hot Topic should have it if you can’t seem to get it at your Target. Oh yeah!!! There is always trusty iTunes as well. There is 2 versions of the album up there and one has 2 bonus songs, “Heart You Stole” and the new version of “Party Foul” and our video for “Party Foul”.
Also, if you don’t already know we’ve been kickin’ it on the road with our friends Cute Is What We Aim For, Ace Enders and Powerspace and we have a lot more tour dates with them still this summer. So come check us out on the road. We’ve also been trying to finish our video for “Slow Dance with a Stranger” and that is almost done… Hopefully. We will announce some cool stuff going on with that soon. Well we hope you like the new dangerradio.net site and we hope to come in here and blog about all the stuff that is going on, so check back here and see who’s got something on their minds
